Mali Mali forges a relationship between nature and art in a most unique way. Being the only known one of its kind - Head sculptures by the celebrated South African master Anton Smit, grace the property.
Acclaimed for his magnificent heads and African sculptures, Anton Smit’s contemporary pieces enrich public and private collections countrywide and internationally, and are found right here at Mali Mali Safari Lodge.
The fauna and flora on the reserve has a healthy population of Waterbuck, Kuku, Impala, Nyala, Zebra, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Bushbuck, Duicker, Wild Dog and other small animal species, as well as an abundance of bird life.
Nocturnal species include Civet Cat, Genet, Porcupine, Aardvark and Caracal.
Water:
- The property consists of 2x boreholes of which only one is in use and pumps approximately 8500L per hour.
- The + 3ha inside is fully under irrigation and consists of various beautiful indigenous trees.
- On the property there are also 2 dams within the 3ha
