The advertising hoarding is located on the flank wall and has operated as a 48 sheet since 2002 - first as an Ultra Vision 48 sheet (rotating display), then as a scroller 48 sheet until 2018 when it was converted to a digital 48 sheet hoarding.

A mixed residential and commercial road, it is the westerly continuation of Old Brompton Road, running from Lillie Bridge to Fulham Palace Road (the A219). The billboard is located on the flank wall on 245 Lillie Road on its south side near its junction with Pellant Road and next to Sir John Lillie Nursery and Primary School in a mixed use area. West Brompton station with its District line and London Overground services are the eastern commencement of Lillie Road. There are also numerous London Buses passing the billboard.
The billboard is let to JC Decaux UK Ltd on a renewed lease from 03/01/2019 at £14,000 per annum payable quarterly in arrears - refer to the legal pack.
