Additonal access is via the entrance to Broom House, which is off Reddington Drive to the south of the site.
A planning application was submitted and subsequently withdrawn in April 2019 for the erection of 12x two bedroom flats (planning ref: P/17516/000). A subsequent application was submitted and approved in April 2020 for the erection of 4x four bedroom dwellings with associated parking, cycle storage, refuse stores & landscaping (planning ref: S/00744/000).
