Simon Bailey

Simon benefits from almost 30 years’ experience in the property sector, including 20 years specialising in auctions. Since winning the RICS Young Auctioneer of the Year competition in 2000, he has become a leading figure in the industry, acting for a wide range of clients.
Simon Riggall

Simon has been working for leading property companies since 1973, specialising in disposal strategies for government bodies and state agencies – over 275 to date – as well as for unique and specialized assets. Many of his clients have been working with Simon for over 25 years.
Mat Harris

Mat has worked in the property industry for over 30 years and in auctions for over 20, providing marketing and pricing advice on buildings and sites across the UK. He regularly undertakes work for some of the UK’s most prominent institutions, including NatWest Group, Canal & River Trust & JC Decaux.
