The industrial zoned lands are situated adjacent to the site of the newly constructed Stoneyhill industrial Estate and directly opposite the proposed major industrial development of Bio Marine Ireland Limited.

The site at Stoneyhill is located approximatley 1km west of the natural deep water port of Killybegs, home to Ireland’s largest deep water pelagic fishing fleet.

The area will benefit further with plans in place to build a large deep water dry dock, for which the port of Killybegs has been earmarked as a hub for future offshore floating wind turbine industry with proposed fabrication in Killybegs.
