Interior:

Main Bedroom:

  • Main Bedroom with two bathrooms that inter lead through a shared shower. One bathroom has a WC, bidet, bath and wash basin with access to the shower. The other bathroom has a WC and washbasin and access to the shared shower. This bathroom also has an electrically operating opening skylight for natural light and ventilation as there are no windows. Two Children’s Bedrooms:

  • There are two children’s bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a WC, a basin and a shower. The other bathroom has a WC, a bath and a washbasin. Once again, the finishes are dated but appear to be functional. Both bedrooms are small but do have loft areas creating additional floor space.
  • They both have built in cupboards and carpeted floors.

Guest Suite:

  • There is a guest suite located at the side of the living area. It has a newly renovated bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and large shower. 
  • The floor is terracotta tiles. 

Formal Lounge:

  • There is a large room that might have been planned as a formal lounge but is being used as a study. It has carpeted floors and a wood burning fireplace.

Kitchen:

  • The kitchen has a lock-up pantry with wooden shelves. It also has a separate scullery which is also the laundry room.  There is also a serving hatch between the kitchen and the dining room. It seems that the oven might have been updated since the house was built.

Study:

  • There is a study that is fitted with wooden cupboards and book shelves. It has a tiled floor.

Living Area:

  • The living area is situated in the centre of the house. As you enter through the front door you are in the living area. It consists of an open plan family room and dining room. There is also an area with a built in desk with bookshelves. The living area has access to a covered patio.

Exterior:

The main house has two large single garages with roller shutter doors that are manually operated. Both garages are longer than normal and might each be able to fit two cars in tandem. The left hand side garage has a roller shutter door that opens to an undercover carport or washbay. It has been used as a tractor parking. The garages have direct access to the house.

Patio:

  • The covered patio has electrically operated roller shutter security. There are five of them but it seems that only two are working. To open we had to use the manual crank handle on one of them. The patio looks like it was divided into two separate areas with an aluminium and glass divider. 

Location

The site is situated on Seven Oaks Lane and has two access gates, one for entry and one for exit.

Both gates are automated and there is a wooden Guard Hut at the exit gate. The entry gate also has a video intercom system.

The property is fenced and walled around the used residential area. The fenced and walled area has electric fencing. The balance of the property going down to the river is neither fenced or secured.
