Bagillt is a small market and commercial town situated on the Flintshire coast of North Wales. The town overlooks the Dee Estuary and lies close to the towns of Holywell and Flint in the Deeside industrial corridor, about 8 miles to the west of Queensferry. The town has a population of circa 4,500 and lies upon the A458 within easy reach of the A55 North Wales Express Way linking the port of Holyhead with Chester 15 miles to the south east, approx a 25 minute drive, from where there is easy access Via the M53 to Liverpool and Merseyside, or onto the M56 eastwards to the M6.
The property connects a large business park to the west with the town of Bagillt to the east, and is approached from Bagillt via the A548 off which leads the link road into Business Park No 2 and the Holywell Greenfield Recycling facility, adjacent to which is access to both the coastal path and the site.
