These historic listed "K6" red phone box or “Jubilee” kiosks, commemorating the Silver Jubilee of the coronation of King George V. These boxes are 8'3" high and 3ft square. Historic England have listed to preserve these iconic red kiosks, and many have transformed them to coffee shops, libraries, museums, bakeries, and defibrillators.
Bournemouth borders the neighbouring boroughs of Poole and Christchurch to the west and east respectively and the East Dorset District to the north. It is a popular destination for tourists, attracting over five million visitors annually with its beaches and popular nightlife. The town is also a regional centre of business, home of the Bournemouth International Centre, and a financial sector. The kiosks are located in the pedestrianised part of town centre by the entrance to Richmond Gardens.
You own the kiosk and can resell at any point, but it is heritage site, so cannot remove them or alter the exterior. The kiosk is registered as a Listed Building at Historic England (see www.historicengland.org.uk)
