"As auctioneers, we are always seen as a fast method of sale. Well, we're only as fast as the auction dates that we offer our clients. If we're only putting out six or seven auction dates per year, and you've just missed a date – that's not very efficient.
"If you can say to your client, 'tell me when you would like an auction' – that's what we should be doing."
