Business owners, entrepreneurs and developers seeking investment opportunities or premises for their own use will find a number of appealing options on BidX1 South Africa’s upcoming online auction on 6 November (2019).
In Vanderbijlpark, an industrial city south of Johannesburg and home to the largest steelworks in the southern hemisphere, an erf of 5 121sqm which is ideal for a mixed-use commercial/retail development is up for auction with an opening bid of R5.5 million.

Edenvale is conveniently located about halfway between OR Tambo International Airport and Johannesburg city centre, some 12km from Sandton and 9km from the nearest Gautrain station.
