BidX1, the digital property platform, has appointed Johnny Horgan as Managing Director of Europe to oversee the company's continued international expansion. Horgan joins BidX1 from CBRE Ireland, where he led the Capital Markets team for the last five years as Executive Director.
At CBRE, Johnny was heavily involved in high-profile property deals and developed the team to become one of the market leading real estate and investment agencies in Ireland. Prior to that, he was a member of the Executive Management team at Irish Life Investment Managers and a founding partner of Warren Private, a private equity firm that focused on acquisitions and property management for European, Irish and UK assets.
Horgan has over two decades of experience working in real estate investment. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University College of Cork and has completed the Advanced Management programme at INSEAD (Paris).
