BidX1 completes first digital property sales in South Africa

BidX1, the digital property company, has announced the successful completion of its first digital property sales in South Africa and the broadening of its international footprint into two new markets, with offices and staff now operational in Spain and Cyprus.

In partnership with Pam Golding Properties, South Africa’s leading property group, BidX1 launched its first digital property catalogue in South Africa in March this year and completed the sale of these properties on 10 April. In total, 29 properties from multiple regions across the country were sold, with both local and international buyers taking part.

An integral step in internationalising its innovative property trading platform, South Africa represents a significant milestone for BidX1 in extending its presence to multiple markets, and demonstrates the transferability of the BidX1 model to markets beyond Ireland and the UK.

With the latest office openings in Madrid, Spain and Nicosia, Cyprus, BidX1 aims to build on the international momentum behind its digital trading platform and expects to deliver the first digital sales in these markets in the coming months. The company is also targeting additional international markets for launch in 2020.
