Laura is an award-winning property professional with over 22 years of experience spanning residential property, land sales, valuation, international consultancy and property auctions. Having worked in both corporate and independent estate agencies, she is widely recognised for her expertise across the Three Counties and Surrey, earning multiple industry awards, including Property Personality of the Year. Today, Laura’s experience extends beyond traditional estate agency. As an international property consultant, she has worked with high-net-worth individuals, developers, investors and property professionals across a range of sectors. She also brings five years of specialist auction experience across both conditional and unconditional models. Known for her integrity, commercial insight and personable approach, Laura combines deep industry knowledge with a forward-thinking outlook.

Dean is a property specialist with over six years of experience in the property sector and more than 16 years in business ownership, sales and commercial leadership. His expertise spans valuations, residential sales, new-build developments, land acquisitions and disposals, and property auctions, giving him a strong understanding of the UK property market. As part of the BidX1 Regional Sales team, Dean manages relationships with partner agents nationwide, acting as a key point of contact and supporting successful property transactions through BidX1's auction platform. Known for building strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities, Dean combines commercial insight with a proactive, client-focused approach to help agents, vendors and investors maximise value and achieve their property goals.
