Antony Schober, Chief Operating Officer at BidX1 in the UK, commented: We have seen a positive response to our April auction from both vendors and bidders. The lots on offer were largely residential but the sale of more unique assets, such as the Young Farmers Club hut, shows that there is a demand for all asset types that provide an opportunity to enhance the capital value, and that our platform can support a wide range of properties.

“There is a distinct appetite from a range of buyers to engage with our digital trading platform. The transparency we provide has allowed us to build a strong understanding of our client’s needs and is helping support the business as it continues to grow both in the UK and internationally.”

The next BidX1 digital auction in the UK is taking place on Thursday 6th June.
