BidX1 UK launches largest catalogue to date ahead of July digital auction
BidX1 UK has unveiled its largest catalogue to date ahead of its sale on Wednesday 24th July. The auction will see 102 lots go under the virtual hammer with guide prices totalling in excess of over £26 million, made up of £15.5million commercial, £9.8million residential and £1.1million mixed use assets.
The July catalogue includes a collection of outstanding lots. The highest reserve listing for a commercial property is Cornwall Place Shopping Centre in Buckingham. This freehold multi-let retail investment achieves a current rent of £268,064 pa and is listed with a guide price of £2,650,000. Similarly, Deans Court Shopping Centre in Bicester, Oxfordshire is listed with a guide price of £1,250,000.
Another standout lot on offer is Alexander House in Suffolk, a substantial residential / HMO freehold property comprising two adjoining three and five storey buildings totalling 80 units. The 1,622 sq m (approx. 17,500 sq ft) property has the potential for further development subject to planning and has a guide price of £1.6million.
The highest reserve price for a residential property is a three-bedroom penthouse apartment in New Caledonian Wharf, Surrey Quays. The building incorporates a number of amenities including a concierge, secure underground parking, gym and swimming pool. The property has a guide price of £1million.

- 39 Westway Close, Raynes Park SW20 - a semi-detached house on a large corner plot with potential to extend. The freehold three-bedroom terraced house has a front and rear garden and carries a guide price of £425,000.
