Digital Private Treaty - BidX1 Sales Cycle 

Standard Private Treaty sales can take up to 40 weeks to complete. BidX1 sales close in as little as 12 weeks.  

We’ve removed the inefficiencies in the property transaction process: our teams specialise in fast and effective sale strategies.

1. Market Appraisal

24 Hours: our specialist residential surveyors review your property and advise on pricing, marketing and sale strategy within 24 hours of inspecting the property.

2. Preparation for Launch

1 Week: our teams prepare all the marketing material and will work with your solicitor to upload the legal documentation necessary to launch your property.   
View your property

3. Marketing

4-8 Weeks: the property goes live, kicking off an extensive marketing campaign. We offer both in person and virtual viewings, in conjunction with your local agent. The length of the marketing period will be tailored to your property. 
Private Treaty

4. Bidding Process

Duration of Marketing Campaign: We offer a fully transparent Bidding Process. Prospective purchasers must register in advance of bidding, providing proof of identity and Buying Position, as with a traditional Private Treaty sale. The vendor chooses the buyer that best suits their needs. Contracts are signed electronically and the deposit can be paid online. 
Keys

5. Completion Period

4 Weeks: sales generally close within 3-4 weeks of exchange of contracts and the contractual deposit being paid. Keys are released to the new owners on the day of closing.

About Steven

Steven runs our dedicated Joint Agency team, working with sellers and agents throughout Ireland. Prior to joining BidX1, Steven spent 16 years managing various Sherry FitzGerald branches, most notably helping to establish and grow Sherry FitzGerald Blanc in North Dublin. 

Steven has a wealth of experience in Private Treaty Sales and Lettings, both in the residential and commercial sector. He also specializes in New Homes Sales and Development Site Acquisition with recent projects completed in Dublin City, Swords, Malahide and Ballyboughal via both Joint and Sole Agency. 

A full member of IPAV (MIPAV), Steve is also a registered Valuer with TEGoVA (REV), specialising in Blue Book Valuation Standards.
