  • 30ha of the property are cleared with 6ha under citrus and the rest under vegetables.
  • 15 ha still to be cleared and can be used for growing vegetables. Currently the well experienced farmer is growing cabbage, pumpkin, butternut or water lemons (depending on season) between the Citrus trees to maximize cash flow and capitalize on production.
  • Currently the main income of the farm is from selling fresh produce to local markets and averages an income of R45 000 per month. This excludes citrus that brings in R100 000 per month from May to October.
