BidX1 UK Appoints Rory Field as Director of Business Development

London, May 2025 – BidX1, the leading digital property auction platform, has announced the appointment of Rory Field as Director of Business Development. Field brings nearly two decades of real estate and business development experience to the role, joining BidX1 as it continues its rapid growth in the UK property market.

Rory Field has held senior roles at several of the most recognised names in UK real estate. He began his career at Savills, where he became the youngest Associate Director across the firm’s global workforce of over 32,000 and helped scale the client services team from London to a National Team, three to thirty-three staff. Field’s team helped drive revenue from £100,000 to more than £10 million annually. Moving to Strutt & Parker at 31, he became the youngest National Partner in the business. He has also worked at BNP Paribas as a Director following its acquisition of Strutt & Parker, spent time in the Middle East, and held roles in real estate start-ups, including a private equity-backed acquisition.
