STEP 1
Create a BidX1 Account
Existing BidX1 customers can use their current login details. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up at this stage. Please note that if you’re setting up a BidX1 account for the first time, a verification email will be sent to the email address that you provided. Click on the link in this email to activate your account. You cannot proceed to registration without verifying this link.

STEP 2
Register for Auction
Registration requires details of the bidder, purchaser and solicitor. You will also need to upload a copy of the bidder’s photo ID and a recent proof of address (dated within 6 months).

Terms and Conditions
Read the Terms & Conditions carefully and click the boxes on the right-hand side to accept each of them.

Selecting your lots
At this stage you can select the lots that you wish to bid on.

Payment of Bidder Security
Based on the value of the property, you'll be asked to provide a bidder deposit payment. This payment will be taken on a pre-authorised basis, meaning we only capture the funds in the event you're the successful bidder. For a breakdown of fees and deposit amounts, please click here

STEP 6
Bidder Authorisation
Once you have completed the above steps, the auctioneer will review your registration. You will receive an email once your registration has been approved.

Bidding
Once your bidding registration application has been authorised by the BidX1 Team and the bidding period opens, you are free to place bids on your approved lot. To view details on how to bid, please click here
